Websites for plumbers and HVAC companies in Lawrence, MA
I design and code fast, phone-first websites for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers and other trades. I'm based in Lawrence, MA, meet owners in person across the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire, and work remotely anywhere.
What's included.
I've worked in the plumbing trade. Customers search on a phone with a problem, so the site puts tap-to-call, real job photos, reviews and a short request form right up front. My live trades client is S. Meredith Plumbing & Heating in Saugus, MA. A live plumbing site I built loads in under 2 seconds on a slow phone connection, in my tests.
- A custom-coded site that loads fast on phones, with no page-builder bloat
- A tap-to-call button and a request form that emails you the job details
- A service page for each job you do
- Google Analytics set up to count calls and requests
- Hosting in your name. You keep your domain and your accounts
- For bigger sites: town pages, job galleries, a Google Business Profile update and Search Console
Who it's for.
Plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers and other contractors, usually with the owner doing the work, who need customers to call or send a request instead of scrolling past. It works whether you have no site yet, a “coming soon” page, or an old site that's hard to use on a phone.
Honest limits.
- I don't promise page one on Google. Rankings take weeks and depend on your area and your reviews.
- I build custom-coded sites, not WordPress or Wix. If you want to edit the site yourself, I can build it on Squarespace instead.
- Hosting and your domain stay in your name. A typical small-business site I build runs on free hosting under your own account, so you pay only for your domain.
How it works.
Send what you have
Your current site or Google listing, your logo, a few job photos, the services you offer and the towns you cover.
Scope and price in writing
Before any work starts, you get exactly what's included, what it costs and when it's due.
Review, then launch
I send a first version, we adjust it together, and I launch it. Then I test the request path on a real phone.
Common questions.
Do I keep my domain and my site?
Yes. You own your domain and your accounts. I set everything up in your name.
What do you need from me?
Your current site or Google listing, your logo, a few job photos, the services you offer and the towns you cover.
Do you build on WordPress or Wix?
No. I build custom-coded sites. They load fast and have no plugins to keep updated. If you already have a Squarespace site, I can fix and improve it instead of starting over.
Will I show up on Google?
I set up the basics: page titles, local business markup, a sitemap and Search Console. Rankings take weeks and depend on your area and your reviews. Nobody can promise page one.
Can you update the site after launch?
Yes. Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, monthly website support starts at $150 a month.
What it costs.
Websites are quoted by project. After we talk, you get a written scope and price, with a 50% deposit to start, two review rounds and 30 days of fixes after launch.
