I set up and clean up Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business) for plumbers, HVAC companies and other trades, so the profile matches the work you do and the towns you cover. I'm based in Lawrence, MA and work with trades businesses anywhere in the US.

Who it's for.
Plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and other trades with a real Google Business Profile that's thin, out of date or doesn't match the website. If your profile is suspended, start with the suspended profile service instead.
Honest limits.
- No one can promise a top-3 spot on Google Maps. Distance, reviews and competition decide most of it.
- No fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names and no “geotag” tricks. They break Google's rules or don't work. I fix what you control.
- Edits usually show within a few days, once Google reviews them. Any change in where you show up takes weeks.

Common questions.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You add me as a Manager in your profile's People and access settings. You stay the owner and can remove me any time.
Can you get me more reviews?
I give you a review link and a short text to send happy customers. I never write or buy reviews. That breaks Google's rules and can get a profile suspended.
Do you geotag my photos?
No. Google removes location data from uploaded photos, so geotagging doesn't help. I upload real job photos with clear names and captions instead.
My profile is suspended or not verified. Can you help?
Yes. A suspended profile needs a fix and an appeal, which I handle as its own service. For verification, Google checks with you directly, usually by video, and I walk you through it.
Do you only work with Massachusetts businesses?
No. I'm based in Lawrence, MA and meet owners in person across the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire, and I work with trades businesses anywhere in the US.
What it costs.
Profile work is quoted in writing after a free review of your listing. Smaller one-off fixes can be done as consulting at $75 an hour, with the time agreed first.
